OBJECTIVE
Explore how individuals can talk about mental health through visual metaphors. We were looking for similarities in metaphor and materiality between discrete emotional models to inform care and treatment long-term.
SOLUTION
A design kit that allows individuals to express their inner mental feelings through physical form.
Additionally, Our research was accepted and included in the book, Creative Approaches to Health Education, as an effective method for making the invisible…visible.
